A friend recommended this shop 👎🏽 .I Dropped my truck off to these guys in Mesa for an alignment .$600 for “custom” alignment ,I have receipt. had to weld pins into upper control arms. When I left the shop I noticed truck was still pulling . Contacted them and told me to come back by. After this visit still couldn’t correct it. So they sent me to their “better shop “ in Gilbert . I Dropped off truck . They Re aligned . All is good. Charged me $150. 🤷🏽‍♂️. About 6 weeks later and my passenger outer tie rod came loose . Contacted their shop in Gilbert . They told me the outer tie rod is not something they mess with for alignment and besides it’s been to long since alignment. About 6 weeks. These guys are a scam. $750 out for an alignment in less than 6 months , wanted to charge me again another $150! I ended up taking it to NETWORK ALIGNMENT for $100. They Didn’t even charge me after I explained to them recent headache with these guys at ice cream wheels and tires !
